Every day you will have a morning yoga session (optional) to help you prepare for the ride ahead, mentally and physically. Your morning session will be a short 15 minutes after breakfast just before you head off on your bike! Post ride you will have a further 30 minutes with our yoga expert. Yoga has been proven to improve your cycling! There are many variety and styles of yoga from Hatha yoga to the controlled powerful pace of Ashtanga yoga. The most beneficial style of yoga for cyclists are those that focus on continuous movement.
